AIDigiWorx sells downloadable digital products, including AI prompt guides, templates, workspaces and digital resources.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, sales of digital products are generally non-refundable once access or download has been provided.
If you experience a technical problem, receive the wrong product, or cannot access a product you purchased, please contact us at aidigiworx@gmail.com. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide access to the correct product or another reasonable resolution.
AIDigiWorx Digital Business Setup is a customised digital service. If you need to cancel before work has started, please contact us as soon as possible. Once substantial setup or customisation work has started, refunds may be limited to the portion of the service that has not yet been performed.
If the completed setup does not match the agreed scope, please contact us so we can review and correct reasonable issues within the included customisation period.
AIDigiWorx does not ship physical products as part of the digital products and services currently offered. Digital products are delivered electronically through the relevant checkout or download service, and digital business setup work is delivered online.
